Choose your season around the holiday you want: spring for gardens, summer for green valleys, autumn for chinar colour and winter for a snow-focused Gulmarg stay. Srinagar, Gulmarg and Pahalgam feel different across the year.

Spring broadly spans March–May, summer June–August, autumn September–November and winter December–February. Tulip Garden dates are announced annually; snow and high-road access depend on conditions. Vasco Travels can match your travel month to a private route, whether you want a family break, a honeymoon or time in quieter Gurez.

We are a J&K-registered team based in Srinagar, and we plan every trip around the current situation. We follow official travel advisories for your dates, and if a place is closed or advised against, we change the route before you travel.

Your private car and driver stay with you for the agreed itinerary, and our Srinagar team stays in touch until you fly home. Ask us about your route when you enquire and we will tell you plainly what is open. If an official restriction affects a booked service, our cancellation policy explains your options.

Plan five days for Srinagar, Gulmarg and Pahalgam, or six to add a Sonamarg day trip. Vasco’s Winter Escape uses five days for Srinagar and two Gulmarg nights; Tulip Trails is a focused four-day spring trip.

Choose Gurez Valley Discovery for six days with two Gurez nights and a Sonamarg overnight. Ladakh is a separate seven-day route through Leh, Nubra and Pangong, with acclimatization time to check against your arrival. Each package shows a per-person land price, its guest-sharing basis and the trip total for that party. Family Escape starts at ₹10,999 per person for Standard on a four-adult basis; Tulip Trails starts at ₹11,999 per person on a two-adult basis. Luxury is priced on request.

Your dates, guest count, room plan and selected tier determine your quote. Every tier includes breakfast and dinner. Flights, train tickets and GST are extra unless included in writing. Send children’s ages and bed needs so your Srinagar planner can give a total for your whole party, with inclusions and extras clearly separated.

Kashmir packages include the listed stays, private vehicle with driver, airport transfers, meals and experiences for your selected option. Every tier includes breakfast, dinner and a Shikara ride; further inclusions vary by package and tier.

A houseboat stay and Shikara ride are different services. We name hotels and rooms in your quote, and list tickets, meals and activities that are extra, so you can choose the holiday you actually want.

Yes. Your enquiry and tailored quote are free, and you pay nothing until you approve the plan. Share your dates or travel month and who is coming. We send a route, named stays and total, then you decide whether to book.

A ₹5,000 advance per booking starts confirmation after you approve the land plan and terms. Flight payments are separate. Date changes and refunds follow the cancellation policy and supplier conditions agreed before payment. WhatsApp replies usually take 15 minutes and quotes about an hour during 8 am–11 pm IST.
